Hi there guys, today I bring you some workouts I found on the internet with helpful exercises for equestrian. Super awesome for stretching those sore muscles or for you to workout when you can’t go to the barn.
Lately I been trying and working out besides riding, and I’ve been much more relaxed and feeling really in shape. If you lunge your horse, you should lunge yourself too is my new motto haha.
